About My Role
I have worked at Berks and Bucks for just over a year now in the Discipline/Governance department. I was offered the position after completing two years at college. My main role is to deal with the administration of the discipline that comes into the office on a daily basis. I was shocked at the amount of discipline we receive each week during the playing season. Duties also include answering the telephone which I was very nervous about to begin with but now enjoy having a chat with the various clubs that phone in.
