Knowing that people even younger than 14 years of age are showing an interest in Refereeing, Berks and Bucks FA are delighted to announce the launch of their Mini Whistlers programme.
The 2 hour workshop is aimed at both young potential Referees aged 9 to 13, as well as to Teachers and Youth workers.
An FA Tutor will attend and deliver the workshop as an after school club or youth group meeting, and upon completion leave a kit bag and resources so that the teachers can then teach the workshop to further groups, offering the opportunity to cover large areas.
There are no fees incurred for this new initiative.
This workshop is an ideal way of giving young people a taster into the Referees world.
